1. Membership terms

  • Membership grants you access to Peak Physique at 13 Southcourt Rd, Worthing BN14 7DF in accordance with your chosen plan (Basic, Premium, or Founding Member).
  • Access is via keycard. You are responsible for the security of your keycard and must not allow others to use it. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately.
  • Membership fees are paid in advance (monthly or annually as selected). Failure to pay may result in access being suspended until payment is received.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership by giving at least one full billing period’s notice in writing (email to peakphysiquethegym@gmail.com). No refunds are given for partial periods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership if you breach these terms, misuse the facility, or endanger the safety or comfort of others.
  • Member access hours are subject to our right to close the facility for maintenance, emergencies, or other operational reasons. We will give notice where reasonably possible.

2. Trials and introductory offers

  • 3 week trial: A one-off payment grants 3 weeks’ access. No automatic rollover. To continue, you must take out a full membership before the trial ends.
  • First session half price (PT): A one-off payment secures your first personal training session at half price. Session must be booked and taken within 90 days of purchase. Subject to trainer availability.

3. Health and safety

You use the gym and its equipment at your own risk. You confirm that you are fit to exercise and will follow all safety instructions and facility rules. We recommend consulting a doctor before starting any new exercise programme. Peak Physique is not liable for injury or loss arising from your use of the facility except where required by law.

4. Website use

This website is operated by Peak Physique. By using it you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data. Content (text, images, layout) is owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the website.
