  • Payment and membership: payment details are processed by our payment provider (SumUp). We store membership plan, billing period, and transaction references. We may store a 6-digit access code linked to your membership for keypad access.
  • Website use: if you have consented, we may use cookies and similar technologies (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand how you use our site. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and administer your membership, process payments, communicate with you (e.g. booking confirmations, access codes, facility updates), and improve our services and website. We may also use it to comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights and the safety of members and staff.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process your data on the basis of contract (membership), consent (where we ask for it, e.g. marketing), and legitimate interests (e.g. security, service improvement). We keep your data for as long as needed for these purposes: membership data for the duration of membership and a reasonable period after; payment and compliance records as required by law.

We may share your data with payment processors, our membership/back-office systems, and professional advisers where necessary. We do not sell your data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights or safety.
